VEQ Bruselas

The project consists of a mixed-use residential development, comprising a single tower that integrates commercial areas on the ground floor and residential units across 12 residential levels, totaling 108 apartments. The ground floor includes 7 commercial units distributed along Avenida Niños Héroes and Calle Bruselas, featuring both outdoor and covered areas, pedestrian access points, an elevator for universal accessibility, and bicycle parking. Amenities are located on the ground floor and first level and include a lobby, coworking area, gym, pet spa, terraces, e-commerce storage, and a panoramic terrace with a fire pit and social gathering areas. The development includes 2.5 basement levels dedicated to parking, providing a total of 74 parking spaces, as well as support areas such as separate waste management points for residential and commercial use and storage units, planned for future sale. The tower is served by two elevators, one with a 1,050 kg capacity and another with an 800 kg capacity. Residential units feature a 3.10 m floor-to-floor height and a 2.20 m clear height from finished floor to ceiling. The project will be developed in a single construction phase, starting in February 2026 and concluding in March 2028, with an estimated duration of 24 months, and amenities delivered at the beginning of unit handovers.
